Good afternoon!! We wanted to highlight another property that has not got the credit it deserves! This is a GREAT, 2.8-acre, corner lot just west of the city of Orangeburg! It has been cleared and is being maintained by the neighbor (I think and I thank you!) and has had a home on it before. So, we know it has had utilities on it anyway. I am not sure why it hasn't sold yet, but here are a couple of pictures and the listing from my realtor. It is also undergoing quiet title action as we speak! (So you will be able to go to the bank for it or use it for collateral when it's done.) Remember, everything is negotiable and we do offer owner financing (but cash is king!). Good morning! We have a bunch of nice properties for sale, but I wanted to highlight a new one. I just walked it and kind of fell in love with it! It is way out there on Long Branch Road in Williamsburg Co., SC. (Greeleyville, I think.) It is 3.4 acres (or so) of really nice, clean pine forest (probably one of the cleanest, no underbrush, properties I have walked.) It's flat, high and dry and nice shaped with a big ditch along the road that will need a culvert pipe to allow for a driveway from a nice, quiet (really quiet) paved road. The road looks new. Why, I don't know; but it's a nice road. The only neighbor is an abandoned (I think) home on its right side. If I wasn't already deep into building a retirement home already, this would be at the top of my list to keep for that reason!! If you are just kind of sick of people, this is the perfect piece of property for you! You could also hunt on it!!

I have no idea why my agent has it priced at $34k???

Hey everyone!! Donita and I hope this post finds you happy and healthy!! It has been a "bit", but we finally have some deeds coming in!! (Just as school is starting back, of course!) We actually took a year off from Berkeley County but were able to pick up some properties in surrounding counties. We presently have 7 nice properties in Williamsburg Co., 1 really good one in Orangeburg Co. and another in Georgetown County! Here are some pictures to tease you with!! We haven't even priced them yet but are just so excited to get the deeds that we had to post something!! Just a note to remember!

Donita and I would like to extend our warmest congratulations to Darya Nosova on receiving the Arthur Franklin Enterprise’s “Good Samaritan Award” and Scholarship! In addition to all the things she does for others, including volunteering at the animal shelter, she has managed to earn an Associates in Science Degree and a Nursing Certificate before she graduates from high school next week! She is an outstanding young lady, and we are honored to play a small part in her continued success!
