I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Robby Owen who was able to help my clients get a ton of repairs done. These were not small jobs. He got some big things done ahead of schedule so that we could close on time. Very responsive whenever I needed to speak to him. He kept me posted on what was going on every step of the way. The best time to buy a house is always now. If you find that perfect home, lock it up now. Interest rates go up and down so if 6 months go by and interest rates have dropped, refinance. If they go up, then you have a better rate than the market. Do not let interest rate stop you from buying your next home.
