Twenty-three years later, Melinda’s experience now includes lot sales, new homes and villas by six different builders ranging from $300,000 to $8,000,000. She effectively worked with architects, designers, lenders, appraisers, title insurers, home buyers and real estate counterparties. In the past fifteen years, Melinda has helped many of those same new home buyers become home sellers when they downsized, upsized or relocated. In addition to her renowned sales experience, Melinda served as a broker for fourteen years and the Broker/Manager of Saint Albans Realty for the past two years. Melinda firmly believes her real estate success was due to her understanding of the local housing market, listening to her distinguished clients and understanding their goals.
