I met this lovely couple at an open house a week ago. The house happened to be the house the husband grew up in. He thought he might want to buy it back. They were just getting started thinking about purchasing their first home and they asked me to help them.

They first had to get preapproved, so I helped guide them through the process and connected them with a lender. All the while, we looked at about 6 different houses, and they fell in love with ONE…the perfect house, the dream house.

We submitted an offer this morning and the sellers accepted. All within one week of meeting. It all felt completely aligned and magical 🙌 I couldn’t be more thrilled for this lovely couple!
