If you're from Acadiana, you've probably heard of ✨ T'Frere's Bed and Breakfast ✨ located on 📍 Verot School Rd in Lafayette...
T'Frere's (Cajun French for "Little Brother's") has been a successful bed and breakfast accommodating tourists and visitors traveling through Acadiana for over 20 years 🌟 The main property is an Acadian Colonial style home with 9 bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms. The home was built in 1880 with Louisiana Red Cypress from the Vermilion Bayou. Much of its Acadian charm has been preserved to this day!
➡️ Did you know that it's considered to be one of the most haunted places in Lafayette?! 😱 According to lafayettetravel.com, there is a story of a young widow named Amelie that's been passed down through the years. Amelie had lost both her husband and her child, and later she was found to be deceased by drowning in the well. There are a variety of stories surrounding the incident and how/why it could have happened, but no one knows for sure.
Either way, visitors throughout the years have recounted many different paranormal experiences making it a local attraction for supernatural enthusiasts hoping to experience a haunted encounter.
