You may notice green and blue LCG signs at various locations around town. These are public meeting and information signs to help notify the public about proposed development requests in the area.

🟢 Green signs indicate a request related to platting a commercial or residential subdivision.
🔵 Blue signs indicate a request for change in zoning classification or development variance—a proposed adjustment to certain development standards.

These signs are part of the public notification process and help keep residents informed about projects that may be coming to their area. If you see one nearby, it’s an opportunity to learn more about what’s being proposed and stay engaged in the development happening across Lafayette Parish.
