I'm thrilled for my friends who found the perfect home for them. They had two requirements... a water view and daily pelican sightings! That's a tall order in Colorado but crazy enough... both boxes were checked! Outside the office window, there is a view of the lakes at Pelican Shores and a view of a large pelican on the entryway archway! We got a chuckle at the divine intervention. 😉 Congratulations Susan and Joe!

I went on an adventure with my clients to help them find their dream property in the mountains! We drove across 4x4 roads, some a bit treacherous and found the perfect (easy to get to) 42 acres for them. We made an offer, completed the due diligence by obtaining a land survey and researched everything from county records to POA documents to pages. After a successful closing, they were able to enjoy the long weekend with a rainbow 🌈 to seal the deal! It's a reminder we live in a beautiful state with many opportunities to find an amazing dream property.
