There is no application fee. Once we schedule the credit and background screening, there is a $30 fee per person. Without a pet, these units currently rent for $1,200/month with an $1,200 deposit (unless your credit status requires more). They are all 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths with LVP flooring, stainless steel stove, dishwasher, built-in microwave, and refrigerator. Laundry hookups are available in each unit. Water/Sewer, Pest Control, and Garbage Service are included. No smoking inside units. If you have a pet, we must first approve the breed and there is a $400 non-refundable pet fee, plus $25/month pet rent, per pet.
