A lifelong resident of Lafayette, Tennessee, Greg has deep roots in the community he proudly serves. He and his wife, Kimberly, have been married for 13 years and are the proud parents of three children—Beckett, Reece, and Brooks. Family is at the center of Greg's life, and he enjoys spending time coaching his children's baseball and softball teams, playing golf, and attending estate sales and auctions with his wife.
Greg is a devoted member of Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church and credits his faith as the foundation of his life. His commitment to serving others carries into every aspect of both his personal and professional life.

With nearly 20 years of experience as both a licensed REALTOR® and auctioneer, Greg brings a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise to every client he serves. Throughout his career, he has enjoyed helping individuals and families achieve the dream of property ownership while also building a successful career in the auction industry. A former baseball player at Roane State Community College, Marquel understands the value of hard work, discipline, and teamwork—qualities that continue to shape the way he serves his clients today.

Above all else, Marquel is a proud father to his 8-year-old son, who is his greatest motivation and the driving force behind everything he does. Born and raised in Smith County, Danielle has a deep appreciation for the community she proudly calls home. Although life briefly took her elsewhere, it didn't take long for her to realize there was no place quite like home. Today, she continues to live in Smith County and is passionate about serving the people and communities she knows so well.

Danielle has been married to her amazing husband for 18 years, and together they have two daughters, Addison and Alissa, who make them incredibly proud. Their family wouldn't be complete without their four beloved dogs—Stella, Wren, Gunner, and Bandit—who she happily considers part of the family.

Before beginning her real estate career, Danielle earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Cumberland University and has spent more than a decade caring for patients as a registered nurse. Her passion for helping others has always been at the heart of everything she does, and that same compassion now guides the way she serves her real estate clients.

While Danielle was first introduced to real estate through her husband's work as a contractor, it quickly became much more than that. She discovered a passion for building relationships and helping people navigate some of life's biggest milestones. Whether she's guiding a first-time homebuyer or helping a family transition into their next chapter, Danielle considers it a privilege to walk alongside her clients every step of the way.

Amber is a devoted wife, proud mom of two amazing children, and a woman of faith who strives to honor God in every aspect of her life. Since moving to Lafayette in 2014, she has embraced the community as home and has built meaningful relationships through both her personal and professional life.

In addition to real estate, Amber owns Bex + Ray Co., a mobile boutique that has allowed her to connect with people throughout the community while supporting local events and building lasting friendships. She also works as a sonographer, where she has learned the importance of listening, compassion, and walking alongside people during some of life's most meaningful moments.

Those experiences naturally led her to real estate. Amber loves meeting new people, building genuine relationships, and helping families navigate one of the biggest decisions they'll ever make. We're excited to welcome Karen to The Real Estate Collective – Lafayette! With a lifelong passion for real estate, years of property management experience, and deep ties to the community, Karen brings a wealth of knowledge and a heart for serving others.

Karen's interest in real estate began in 1994 when she purchased her very first home at just 24 years old—a property she still owns today as one of her rental investments. That early experience sparked a passion that eventually led her into the industry professionally.

She is the co-owner of OneTree Property Management, a family-owned business based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Karen earned her Texas real estate license in 2023 to help launch and operate the business virtually before obtaining her Tennessee license in 2025 to better serve buyers and sellers in the community she proudly calls home.

Karen and her husband, Troy, have been happily married for 29 years and have two adult children, Erin and Ben. In 2021, they built their dream home on Troy's family farm, a Century Farm that has been in the family for more than 160 years. Outside of real estate, Karen comes from a musical family and loves to sing, and she and Troy are devoted University of Tennessee fans who enjoy cheering on the Vols every chance they get.

Karen is passionate about building relationships and helping clients confidently navigate their real estate journey. We're so glad she's part of the RECO Lafayette team and can't wait to see the impact she'll make as she serves families throughout Macon County and the surrounding communities.
