A Louisiana buyer agency agreement is a contract created by a real estate brokerage to establish the terms and conditions of a working relationship between a client and the agency. The agreement will include the compensation to be awarded to the agent from the purchase of a property.

Congratulations to my family Demethra Hamilton Dugas & her husband Murphy on the purchase of their new construction home! To say I’m happy for these two would be an understatement! I promised them from the beginning to relax and I would take care of them with their relocation back home & here we are! We rode a bit of a wave but today we were able to breathe!
