Residents in our one and two bedroom apartments also enjoy a 24 hour fitness center and aqua spa, resort-style swimming pool and sundeck, walking and jogging trails, and carports. The Bluffs is pet friendly; we do have a few breed restrictions: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid (70 lb weight restriction applies). $150 non ref fee per apt and $28 per month per pet fee. Two pet max/75 lb. weight limit. Just added a Bark Park for all dogs to enjoy ! Features:

From I-65 North or South - take the Hwy 26 exit ( #172); continue on Hwy 26 for 3.2 miles; turn right onto Main Street/Hwy 26 West and continue to follow it for .08 miles; turn left on North 3rd Street, going south for 0.1 miles; left on Alabama Street for one block; turn right onto South 4th Street for 1 mile; then left on to Montefiore Street and we're on your left. Watch for the Leasing Center signs. Or from West Lafayette, Turn left at Sagamore Pkwy (US 52)then Turn right on Teal Road, then right on 4th St. The Bluffs is one-half mile on your left, at the right hand corner of 4th and Montefiore.
