Tenants of Country Squire MHP & Rosebud MHP

There is no dumping of any Furniture allowed in the Dumpsters. AARC Trash Services will not pick up dumpsters with large items in them. As in the new Rules from last year there are no large items allowed to be dumped. If said items need to be disposed of we will dispose of them for a small fee! This is the Third week in a row we have had this issue. If problem continues we will Raise lot rents to accommodate for the fines from the trash company! If you notice someone dumping illegally please reach out to us and a reward will be issued if the tip is helpful enough! Thank you all for your understanding!

We will resume trash Tomorrow Friday January 27th. With the recent light snow dusting and the colder Temperatures the roads are very slick. Everyone take your time traveling today! Remember it's better to arrive late then don't arrive at all!

It's that time of year! Please make sure to keep your water to a minimum drip! Pipes are expected to freeze. Extremely cold temperatures will be in effect for most of next week! If you need us to thaw your water lines it will be a minimum of $30 for the 1st time and $50 each time after that!

A significant storm system is expected to move through the area Thursday through the weekend with heavy rain, accumulating snow, high winds, sub zero temperatures, and dangerously low wind chill all possible across Indiana during that time frame. While confidence remains low on exact details of timing and track of the system and areas where heavy snow could fall, confidence remains high in the dangerously cold air threat and high wind potential.
