I showed a house yesterday and wrote an offer. This was so compelling I asked the listing agent about it. She told me that years ago the oak tree split in two and the very devout owner at the time placed a statue of Mary in the center. Instead of dying, the tree continued to grow and knit itself back together around Our Lady! Amazing! And a profound lesson in Faith. When we offer a heartfelt prayer to God, Mary prays with us and when we honor her, she carries that request on a golden platter to her Son on our behalf.
