Greyford Estates Lafayette's Newest Private and Gated Subdivision Between Johnston St (Hwy 167) and Robley Drive!

Greyford Estates was actually started about 6 years ago as a concept. People of Lafayette asked for the safety and security of a private gated community with large lots. It was at that time the developer, Rick Schoeffler started negotiations with the land owners. After several years, terms were worked out and then started the planning and engineering. We started construction in July of 2015 with completion in late Spring early Summer of 2016. It has been an arduous journey, but it will be a great place to live!
