Kristina McCann has been a dedicated real estate professional in California for her entire adult life. After selling in San Diego, Orange County, and Santa Cruz, she relocated to the East Bay and rebuilt her business from the ground up. She quickly grew familiar with both Contra Costa and Alameda Counties, becoming an expert in East Bay neighborhoods and trends.
Starting on the ground floor at age 21 as both a mortgage broker’s assistant and an agent’s assistant, she quickly rose through the ranks, not missing any critical skills. After two decades, she has mastered every facet of the business, which gives her a depth of knowledge that few agents possess. An entrepreneur and negotiator at heart, Kristina makes herself available for whatever her clients need, whenever they need it. The drive behind Kristina’s passion in helping people is that she knows what it's like to yearn for a home. Growing up in a military family, she moved so many times that she lost count. When she got to the East Bay, she knew she'd found her place. After having a child, she discovered what it’s like to put down roots. Now, one of her main focuses is making sure people feel connected and immersed in the homes, neighborhoods and community that they choose.
Besides managing and growing Chroma Realty, Kristina owns a lead generation startup that supports her private sales skill set and her team, and her latest project is running a free co-working office space in downtown Lafayette. When not helping her clients, Kristina enjoys spending time with her four-year-old daughter, Hattie, on road trips and any travel involving sunshine and turquoise waters.
