Lucky Pointe is now accepting applications for residency from individuals 55 years and older.

A one-bathroom market apartment will be available soon.
Applicants are encouraged to apply while this opportunity is available.

Eligibility requirements include passing a credit and background check. A non-refundable application fee of $50.00 is required. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 to 4:30. Applications can also be picked up at any time from the box outside our office door.
