The thing nobody told me about living in Lafayette until I was old enough to understand🤍

Most places make you pick a side, and the wild thing about life here is you actually don’t have to.

You don’t have to choose between affordable housing and hyper-local summer plans that fill the family calendar (hello, Festival International + Mardi Gras).

You don’t have to choose between the slow Sunday morning kind of neighborhood (coffee in River Ranch or a quiet stroll at Girard Park) and a thriving food scene!

Around here, you really do get to have the best of both worlds. And you’re able to save enough and travel if you choose to!

Acadiana neighborhoods that are flying under the radar (for now). 👀

Some of my favorite areas to send clients to are the ones that no one is talking about yet...

The thing about under-the-radar neighborhoods is they don’t stay that way forever. The buyers who get in early are usually the ones who end up watching their area grow into one of the most sought-after parts of the city.
