Okay this one was a ride! 🎢
Two wins, but really one big domino chain that all had to work together.
644 Linden Ln in Martinez? Sold over asking, multiple offers, closed in 15 days.
My sellers then became the buyers and I negotiated their next home $50K under asking AND kept their offer contingent on selling their current place. Sellers almost never go for that.
But here’s the part most people don’t see: the buyers of Linden had to sell their own home first to make any of it happen. So really it was 3 homes, 3 families, 3 agents, 3 lenders, 3 escrow teams, all lined up to the same 15 day timeline.
One piece slips and the whole thing falls apart. It didn’t. And it all came down to strategy, consistent communication and hustle!
But honestly? What I keep thinking about isn’t the numbers. It’s three families who all got to move forward into their next chapter all in the same couple of weeks. Getting to be the person who helps make that happen is the whole reason I do this!
