Another 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review!!

I'm SO thankful for these clients as they bought their first home with me years ago, then sold it with me! They moved to Alabama so we handled mostly everything while they were out of town, including scheduling handymen, electricians, picking up mail, and even the closing! So glad we could make it easier on them and so thankful to have made friends with ya'll! 💜

Buyers often need electricity and water active for inspections, re-inspections, and even the final walk-through before closing. If the utilities are disconnected, it can delay the transaction and create unnecessary headaches for everyone involved.

It’s one of those little details many sellers don’t realize until they’re in the middle of a deal!
