IMPORTANT REMINDER: with the frigid temperatures over the next week it is extremely important that you drip your faucets, open cabinets under your sinks, make sure your heat is turned to at least 65°, and open the doors to your water heater/furnace. This is especially important if you live in a Grayfox floor plan! Unfortunately we have to say this, but NEVER turn your heat off when it is this cold out. If you have any issues or would like us to turn your faucets to drip or check your furnace for you, please contact us! We want everyone to stay warm and no pipes to be frozen!
