⏰ Tax Time Reminder – Indiana Homeowners
If you pay your property taxes outside of your mortgage (not escrowed), your spring installment is due Monday, May 11th.
A quick tip—if you have a closing coming up, paying taxes directly to the Treasurer can sometimes create delays if proof of payment isn’t readily available. When possible, bring your receipt or let your title company handle it at closing.

📣Big update on FinCEN reporting requirements.

A federal court has issued a stay on the new rule, which means the reporting requirement is temporarily paused and not currently being enforced.

We’ll continue to monitor developments closely and keep our real estate and legal partners informed if anything changes.
