Sooooooo extremely excited for my buyers for securing this off market home! It is just perfect for them after many many months of searching! We also had the pleasure of dealing with some of the sweetest sellers out there! In the end I couldn't be more happy to assist two amazing families in achieving their real estate goals! Cheers to many more memories created in this amazing home and congratulations to the sellers on the start of creating new memories with their kids and grand kids! This was a rewarding one y'all! Huge thanks to Michelle Miller with Southern Mortgage Lenders and Doug Daigle at Douglas Title for assisting with this deal!
