I have several buyers who are extremely motivated and READY TO MAKE AN OFFER TODAY. Let me know if you have something that would fit any of these needs. Please!!! ☺

• 3+ bed, 2+ bath, 3 acres or less (preferably), no basement, no garage on front of house, rock or brick exterior, level yard, in Rock Spring or LaFayette, maybe Chickamauga if it is close enough to LaFayette, can need some cosmetic work or updating but not a lot, up to $775,000.

• 4 bed (or 3 with a bonus room), 2+ baths, 2,500+ sq ft, in LaFayette or Rock Spring, preferably something newer that doesn't need any work, new construction is a plus but doesn't have to be, mudroom is plus, fenced or partially-fenced yard preferred, subdivision/neighborhood is a plus, no split foyer, must have a pantry and a laundry room, up to $450,000.

• 3+ bed, 1.5+ bath, not very picky about most things but they do not want to be super close to neighbors, nice yard, in Rock Spring or LaFayette, up to $350,000.

• 3+ beds, 2+ baths, good yard, not a lot of work needed, moving from out of town so we need to look on Saturday (3/16), in LaFayette or Rock Spring, up to $500,000.

• 3+ bed, 1.5+ baths, move-in ready, not picky on location, she just needs a safe place to live close to her job & kids- she works in Chattanooga, one of her kiddos will be starting Pre-K wherever home is zoned, up to $200,000.

If it is a property that is already on the MLS, we have already exhausted all of those options. I am looking for anyone who is wanting to potentially sell their home, any agents with pocket listings or coming soon listings, etc.
