Wow! Such an exciting time to see growth like this. With the new aerospace technology announced, ☎️ calls have been on the increase. People are buying and prepping to build!

This 2 acre country living lot at W Etienne Lots in Maurice, LA, is now the home site for my new buyers. They had some competition for this particular lot, so we discussed a plan that made sense for them long term and executed with a cash offer above asking price. This is how we get a property across the finish line with success!

My buyer was stoked to pay 💰 well above ask, and my seller is thrilled, not only was my commission covered, but they received an extra $12,500 above ask on a $100,000 tract.

Now, we only have 3 lots left at the new price of $113,500.
