Happy New Year to everyone! I am glad to announce that we have officially moved to our new address back at 302 Vine Street. This is the same location that we were for years before moving to our temporary location at 334 Brown Street. Come see our new office in 2020.

We have moved locations finally after decades at 302 Vine Street to 334 Brown Street at the Levee Plaza just inside Universal Fitness. Tenants can of course pay online through their online portal on appfolio or during normal business hours at the new location. We do not have a drop box yet but one will be installed very soon.

Our Brand New Building at 404 Brunswick Drive is ready for occupancy. Taking applications and signing leases now.

Winfield Farms also offers 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom townhomes off of Brunswick Drive. The town homes include a garage, fireplace, washer and dryer, central heating and cooling, and all kitchen appliances. The townhomes rent for $895 a month and the tenant is responsible for all utilities.
