Meet Silvana Van!
For Silvana Van, real estate is about far more than property. It is about people,
opportunities, and helping families build a future they are proud of. Originally from
Valencia, Venezuela, Silvana experienced the power of real estate investment firsthand when she and her husband purchased rental properties that became an important source of income for their family. Today, she is passionate about helping others discover those same possibilities, whether buying a first home, selling, relocating, or investing.
Silvana began her real estate journey in 2008 while building an accomplished
management career and became a full-time agent in 2024. With a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and seven years of experience with Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation, she brings a valuable understanding of both the real estate and lending sides of a transaction.
What truly sets Silvana apart, though, is the way she cares for people. Her clients are never just transactions. They quickly become friends and often feel like extended family. Known for answering the phone, staying in constant communication, and refusing to give up when challenges arise, Silvana wants every client to know they have someone genuinely in their corner. As a fully bilingual agent, she is also proud to help Spanish-speaking families navigate the process in their native language and with confidence.
Outside of real estate, Silvana enjoys fitness, pickleball, sporting events, and serving alongside her husband as mentors for engaged couples through their church. A former competitive swimmer who once completed a 5K open-water swim in the Caribbean and swam across the Amazon River, determination has always been part of who she is.
