There is so much that goes on behind the scenes of every transaction! Often times it can appear that Realtors just post pretty pics of homes, get dressed up for closings, and that everything is always easy breezy!

This past weekend I woke up to a dead car battery just a few hours before I had to meet with a client. Thankfully I was able to get it changed in time to make to the rescheduled appointment time, only to arrive and realize I had no cell service to even let them know I had arrived…did I mention it was a vacant home on multiple acres in the country with no neighbors! 👀
I patiently waited but once they arrived I stepped in an ant pile while walking the property with them. Needless to say I cried about 6 times in my car that day! It feels GREAT to know that even on those days I get to work with amazing people who value me! Thank you for choosing me!

Kendriex joined The Higginbotham Group in February and although a full time Teacher during the day she has committed to her Real Estate business and on the road to making this a life long career.

Kendriex has been passionate about helping others since her early years growing up as a native of Opelousas, LA. She obtained an undergraduate degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and went on to earn an MBA in Finance from the Grand Canyon University in 2015.

Throughout the years, she developed a love for real estate and realized that she could merge her experiences, her passion for helping and her education to guide families through one of the biggest investments of their lives.

Kendriex has been a licensed Realtor since 2019 working with Keller Williams Realty Acadiana. Her knowledge of real estate coupled with her MBA in Finance has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in negotiations for her clients. Kendriex is detail oriented, proactive, driven and enthusiastic.

Outside of real estate, Kendriex takes pride in living an active life and spending time with her 10 year old daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, working out and reading.
