Property Manager/Real Estate Assistant
Be a part of a small successful Property Management and Real Estate Company that provides training and possible bonuses.
Seeking a Property Manager/Real Estate Assistant. Experience in this field is not required. I am willing to train the right person to be successful.
Work hours: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. I am flexible on the hours
For you to succeed in this position, you MUST:
Be reliable, on time, and learn quickly.
Have a reliable car and a driver's license
Have no criminal history and good credit
Possess a good understanding of Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, and be able to utilize the internet
Experience with Quickbooks is a plus. Knowledge of apfolio property management software is a plus.
No smoking
Be available on an evening or weekend (on rare occasions)
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Creating property offers using CTM software.
Meeting with potential tenants.
Creating/Printing leases
Creating/Posting notices for delinquent tenants
Accounting (basic)
compensation: $20 hr after trained, Begin at $17 hr, $1 increase every 40 hours, until at $17.
Bonuses can be given if we buy and sell properties for a profit.
