I know a lot of people are waiting for interest rates to drop before buying, and I totally get it. But something to keep in mind… when rates come down, there may be a whole lot more buyers jumping back into the market too.

That could mean more competition and fewer homes to choose from. Sometimes it’s worth seeing what your options look like now instead of waiting for the “perfect” time.

Back to school season always makes you realize how fast these kids are growing.

One minute you have plenty of room, and the next there are backpacks everywhere, homework taking over the kitchen table, and everyone somehow needs their own space at the exact same time.

If you’ve caught yourself thinking, “Okay… maybe we do need another bedroom,” or wishing you lived a little closer to school, you’re definitely not the only one.

Sometimes a new season just makes you look at your home a little differently. And if moving has been in the back of your mind, I’m always happy to talk through it with you. 🏡
