I have the best inspector for new build homes, i.e. before drywall and before move in. This man knows the building codes like the back of his hand. Custom builder response to report: ..."'Please ensure that they are aware that they can have a home that is 100% code compliant, or they can have the home that has the aesthetic properties and ease of use that the builder intended and attracted them in the first place...."
