Many ask why would God let this happen to Charlie Kirk. Perhaps this is the ‘Turning Point’ he was put here to do. This is just the beginning of an apex of a new wave of humanity. The time that so many will now speak out and be heard without fear of being blacklisted, stonewalled, unfollowed, unfriended, or silenced.

I’ve witnessed so much hate over the last few days that it’s made my heart hurt. Not just for the people it’s directed at but for the ones it’s coming from. How can someone be so empty that they celebrate the death of a father, a husband, a mentor and a fearless Christian? But I’ve also seen courage and strength in people from whom I least expected and pray it’s a shift towards what he worked to accomplish.

So, , I hear your battlecry and in the name of Jesus Christ I stand with you.

I don’t have a big following and I don’t post much. This may not even reach a dozen people. But I still want to put it out there to forever memorialize my thoughts, my feelings and my words. If my grandchildren ever look back and want to know who I was, this is what I want them to see.
