I have recently recieved many calls from lot owners. They say that they are being inundated with countless letters and offers from investors / developers wanting to buy their lot(s).

A typical example of this:

1. Will pay $5,325
2. NO COMMISSION!
3. No survey (+/- $400)
4. 2 week closing
5. Cash deal

The problem with this offer is that the lot in question is worth $40,000 - $45,000!

These offers are rampant. Don't get taken advantage of.
