Update: Due to skyrocketing prices in lumber we have decided to push this community to 2023-2024.

JSPi will start development of its Storey View Duplex community located on Storey at Lafayette. This project will commence later this year. Storey View will consist of 8 duplexes built with modern designs. 14’ living room ceilings, granite countertops and a host of other rental upgrades.

The units will start pre leasing around November 2022 for a move in projected to be January 2023.

The units being built will consist of:

JSPi Investment Properties recently acquired several lots in and around the City of San Saba. These lots are to be used for new construction homes to be built and sold within the next 2 years. Information will become available on these new homes over the coming weeks such as floor plans, and customizable options for each plan.
