JUST SOLD!

Some closings are extra special, and this was definitely one of them! It was such a joy to help this sweet family through the sale of their home. I’m incredibly thankful they trusted me to represent them and help get them to the closing table.

We had this home UNDER CONTRACT IN JUST 8 DAYS, and from contract to closing, the transaction could not have gone more smoothly. That’s always the goal—strong marketing, great communication, and making the process as easy as possible for everyone involved.

A huge thank you to Mark Shiedler Media for the amazing photography that showcased this home so beautifully! And thank you to Lisa Long, the buyer’s agent, for being wonderful to work with and helping make this such a smooth transaction from beginning to end. It truly takes a great team on both sides!

Most importantly, congratulations to my sellers! Thank you for allowing me to be a small part of this chapter for your family. ❤️

If you’re thinking about buying or selling anywhere in Georgia, I would love the opportunity to help you too. Whether you’re ready right now or just wondering what your home could sell for, give me a call or text!
