The most overvalued markets in America… Let’s talk about it

Interestingly enough, this is actually a question I get a lot. If you don’t already know, the most overvalued housing market in America is Southwestern Florida.

The main reason is because of hurricane Ian which has not caused everything to be completely overpriced.

What does this mean?

In Fort Meyers, currently, the average home price right now is $429,225 but that should actually be approx 70.43% less, $252,000. That’s absoutley insane.

Before you say anything, this is based on statistical pricing trends, so this is definitely unexpected.
