The interest rates today will most likely become the new normal. Over the years, the rates were similar.

Returning from a 60 plus day trip to Spain, Italy and France leaves me with rich and beautiful memories of the different cultures, food, and stunning scenery that remain crisp in my mind.

Many friends and clients have shown interest to live in these countries. Many are thinking to move because of the chaos in America.

Because of the failure of Brexit, traveling and purchasing properties have changed.
Americans visit is limited to a 90 day stay within 180 days without a Visa.
Certain countries have a “Golden Visa” where a large investment of $500,000 or more are required.
Spain and Greece are trying to limit foreign investments.

Temecula is a fun place to visit with their rapidly growing wineries, their charming , cowboy downtown vibe, and great restaurants.
