My buyer and I spent nearly a year searching for his first home in Orange County. We toured a lot of homes and submitted several offers along the way, but finding a 4-bedroom home in South Orange County for under $1.35M with no HOA put us in a very competitive part of the market.

On some of the homes we pursued, we were competing against 20+ offers.
