I finally get to do a reaction video- and it happens to be for a show on Netflix. This is my first time watching this episode of Selling Sunset, which features the listing I listed and sold last year — 680 Temple Hills in Laguna Beach. I hope you enjoy it.

It was actually really interesting for me to watch because not only was I completely cut out of the episode (they filmed approximately three minutes of me talking through details of the house), but they also referred to it as their listing and said it was a lease listing.🤦🏽‍♂️🤪

It is what it is — I find reality TV fascinating. Hopefully you enjoy my reaction!

March 2026 Market Update 📊

While some markets across the country are seeing short-term adjustments, home values overall are still up when you zoom out—especially over the past five years. It’s a good reminder that real estate is always about the bigger picture.

Here’s what we’re seeing locally:

• Laguna Beach — Inventory down, market time improving, but 38% of homes seeing price reductions
• Dana Point — Inventory down 24%, slight improvement in market time
• Laguna Niguel — Inventory down, demand up, faster market time
• Newport Beach — Inventory steady, demand slightly down, more price reductions
• Irvine — Inventory up 21%, demand up slightly, market time increasing

The market is shifting, but that’s where opportunity lives. Having the right strategy matters more than ever.

To my courageous, strong, and loving daughter

Today you turn four, and I’m filled with gratitude, pride, and a little bit of nostalgia. Watching you grow into who you are becoming has been one of the greatest joys of my life… even if part of me wishes I could freeze time.
Out of the thousands of photos and videos I have of you, this one takes me back to the very beginning—the first moment I felt a love so deep it’s hard to put into words. It also brings me back to the simple moments I cherish most… dancing in the kitchen, laughing, just being together.
Loving you is effortless. And what makes it even more meaningful is the way you give that love right back, so purely and naturally.
