Why do people move? 
The other day I was thinking about the many stages in my clients’ lives that cause them to move.  When I came up with this list, I realized that they all had to do with time.
,
Had 1st baby and now expecting a 2nd or 3rd.
Kids are in Elementary school,  and they want to be closer to activities and have more room for toys and stuff.
Teens are in the last few years of High School.  They don’t want them driving too far when they get their license.  They also want them to live in a new home before they go away to college, so it still feels like home.
Investors buying a home to flip or that have the idea of moving into it in the future.
Empty nesters that move closer to their grandchildren, or into a home that has a master downstairs.
Families with sickness or physical conditions need a home to fit their new needs.
First-time home buyers buying as a single or their first home together married.
Families selling family members’ home because they have passed away.
I don’t need to tell you that time flies. You already know that!  There is nothing we can do to make it slow down.
What we can do is take a good look at where we are now, and make sure that it is where we want to be.

Why do people move?
The other day I was thinking about the many stages in our clients’ lives that cause them to move. When I came up with this list, I realized that they all had to do with time.

New Year, New You??
The last few years have changed the way we live significantly! People appreciate 'home' so much more!
It is not only where we live, where we work, and sometimes where we school our children.
it is where we care for each other, eat with each other, and laugh with each other!
It is also where we get mad with each other, fight with each other, and cry with other.
2021 was a turbulent and transformative year for many of us. There were mass migrations to the suburbs and to different states. Some moved due to necessity, some moved to be closer to family.
2022 brings the reality that COVID is going nowhere. BUT we have climbed the mountain! We have been through this before...and survived! We have the knowledge, we have adapted, and that gives us power!!!
