New listing hitting the market next week. This one is SPECIAL and sooooo full circle. This was the first new home construction I had EVER sold and not only that, but to my SON! What an incredible young man he has become and he has such a beautiful family. I’m sooooo proud because they are also getting a major upgrade with their new home. Repping for the SELLERS. Ask price S1M and we closed at $1.06M. Definitely made these sellers as happy as can be.

Todays lesson: PERSISTENCE pays off. I have been working with a client for two years, went into escrow with her two years ago and she canceled. Got a lease for her daughter, the mom stopped looking. Fast forward to February of 2023 she reached out because she wanted to start her search again, and we saw so many resale homes, but landed on this beauty. Sometimes you don’t need to find the home, the home will find you. ❤️🏡🔥

This amazing family moved to California from Oregon last summer and I was so excited to work with them. When you meet good wholesome people you just feel it in your soul and this family is so great, and warm, and loving. I’m so glad we were able to get them the house that they wanted, maybe not at the price they wanted to pay because of where the market is right now, but they got the last residence of the last phase before the community started selling the model homes, talk about luck 🍀

Doblie family I can’t wait for you guys to close on your home and be official homeowners in California ❤️🏡🥂
