Our goal was not to sell out this room………

Our goal is to keep our circles small and poor tons of value into each other

It’s really hard to find your tribe, but once you do everything clicks

Fast Forward has literally taught me everything that I know to help me build my business

And we come together daily, weekly, quarterly on Zoom and in person

These events are like none other. The most valuable part of a conference or never what the person says on stage it’s the side conversations in the elevator, it’s the person that you meet in the shared Uber ride, the person you sit next to and the lifelong friends that you make.

The Fast Forward events are specifically designed to have more one on one time to help connect each other and help each other grow.

Half the time spent in San Diego this week will be in a conference room with folks on stage sharing their strategies. The other half will be hiking, golfing, kayaking, hang, gliding, and watching a Padres game at Petco Park.

Fast Forward Movement - San Diego

July 27 - 29

I owe EVERYTHING to this collective of agents and now I get to share how I went from a 19 million dollar team to a 100m dollar team without me in production. I will also be sharing how I built a 650 person revenue share group at exp over the past 5 years.

It’s like the 4 minute mile thing…….

Once I saw agents all over the country doing the things that I wanted to do and then collaborating with them in person, on zoom, on retreats, over the cell phone……that is when everything changed.

This event is put on by Fast Forward, not EXP. We will be hang gliding, golfing, hiking, kayaking, sharing, and growing. TOGETHER.

We will nurture key relationships in our personal and professional lives and that s**t is important to me.

I’ve made a lot of mistakes…

Yes, that includes a LOT of fashion “risks “ 🤣

The dude in this photo (along w Chuck my first buyer agent) made a lot of cold calls and was scared you would hang up on him.

He went to a lot of seminars and was scared you wouldnt like him.

He invested in coaching and was scared he could not afford it.

He knocked on a lot of doors (literally) and was scared you would slam the door in his face.

He held a lot of client events and was scared they wouldnt rsvp to the event.

He sat open houses on Saturday and Sunday and was scared he was wasting his time.

He asked for referrals and was scared you’d think I wasn’t good enough for your referrals.

I did all of these things wrong the first time I tried them, but the point is is that I started putting 1 foot in front of the other one step at a time and figured it all out.

Sometimes we just have to get out of our own way.

PS - the dude in that picture was always fearful that he wouldn’t make it. Faith or Fear. I choose faith today.

Lately I’m hearing this a lot:
“Calls are going out, posts are up—yet it feels like I’m getting nowhere.”

And listen—I get it.

The market cools, a buyer ghosts, one deal unravels, and suddenly it feels like every effort is for nothing.

But that feeling is lying to you.
The numbers never do.

Track what actually moves the needle:
• Calls and texts sent
• Follow-ups logged
• Content published
• Showings booked
• Real conversations held

Those data points are proof you’re still in motion, even when results lag.
