Congratulations to Sal and Michelle for closing escrow on their BRAND NEW home earlier this week! Because they went with their agent (me) the first time, I was able to negotiate a lower price and credits back in escrow for them. Always use your realtor when you go to look, whether it’s a new development or not. If you don’t, they may not be able to help you and then you have no one in your corner to get you a better deal.
