Chuck is a great ally and all we could ask for in a realtor. As first time home buyers, he made us comfortable during each step of the process and offered wisdom/experience that ultimately helped us get our home.

I found Chuck about 2 years ago just after moving to SoCal. Chuck took the time to explain the process and check in every few months as I was on the fence about purchasing.

A few months ago when I got much more motivated to purchase, Chuck was extremely responsive and attentive. He put me in the drivers seat in identifying the criteria and listings I was interested in. Chuck setup the viewings and did the due diligence with the sellers agent on each listing I sent him, including setting up showings around my work hours. On listings I was interested in moving forward on, Chuck helped architect competitive offers which we were comfortable with.

I would gladly recommend Chuck to anyone looking for a realtor.
