We attended our semi-annual party for all the agents who donate to the BHHS charity fund. Our last event raised $30,000 and United Way used our money to help a foster care youth who became homeless as soon as she turned 18. She now has a HUD housing voucher and our funds to pay for a small apartment and allow her to work and go to college for the next four years.
We are so happy for her!

The Special Olympics organization put on a very special night at the Pasea in Huntington Beach last night for around 400 people. They were raising funds for this year's athletic events for special needs children and adults. What fun! Donate if you can!

Another wonderful wine tasting and dinner at the Harrison’s. We tasted Beckstoffer Cabernet grapes made into wines by world-famous vintners! Wow! Most were from the George’s III vineyard but also ToKalon.Then an amazing parade of Chardonnay, Cabernet and Sauternes for dinner and dessert. An Incredible memory!

Our daughter, Cynthia, and Her boyfriend, Patrick, found a display of Stolpman wines in a wine shop on the Washington Peninsula on a quick weekend getaway. There was no choice for dinner not that they found those!
Good work Peter Stolpman on Marketing your delicious wine far and wide! 🍷🍷

This is my favorite after Thanksgiving meal, Turkey, Brie, Green Apple, and Micro Greens Sandwich. The recipe is modified from a very old Cooking Light Magazine recipe.

1 1/2 Tbsp of honey
1 1/2 Tbsp of whole grain Dijon Mustard
1 Baguette
8 Ozs of sliced turkey
1/4 Lb of Brie thinly sliced
1 Cup of thinly sliced Granny Smith Apples
1/8 Tsp of ground black pepper
Combine honey and mustard in a bowl. Cut bread in half and spread the honey mustard mixture on the bottom half of loaf top with turkey and Brie. Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes or until the cheese begins to melt. Arrange the apples and microgreens on top of the melted cheese and add pepper. Place top of bread on top cut into serving sizes and serve with your favorite Chardonnay.

Congratulations to Connie! I sold her Marina Hills home today! She can now relax in comfort at Reata Glen in Rancho Mission Viejo and enjoy a stress free retirement. She has earned it. A lifelong teaching career helping children who had problems learning to read, raising a wonderful family and investing in real estate have enabled her to live the good life, enjoy her pension and grandchildren.
