I've had a lot of clients/friends ask me about what the housing market will do. There is another perspective based on facts that indicates what most in the industry are saying...Supply will remain low, rates will remain low, fueling the continued increase in price of homes. Maybe a little slower, but not a dramatic decrease anytime soon. Not reminiscent of 2008, not the same...Interesting read.
