Came across this personal gem today.
Flipping through notes about my kids antics from the early 2000s really hit different. Back then, we didn’t have all this tech at our fingertips, so I wrote down stories by hand.
Reading them today, stories that make me laugh and some tear up, made me miss those days and my little ones.
It’s kind of cool thinking these hand written notes might mean more to them one day, knowing I took the time to capture those moments the old-school way. Taking pics and videos with your phone is easy and important, But there’s some thing about those handwritten notes that feels extra personal.
if you have a young family, maybe take some time and write down a few notes the old fashion way too, I think your kids will cherish finding them.
