2023 was no doubt interesting. Lower sales due to higher interest rates. Southern Orange County still saw multiple offices in many communities. There are still many buyers and sellers out there. Buyers want something affordable, and sellers need somewhere to go. The Fed will drop interest rates next year which should stimulate sellers to sell their homes. Until the buying demand lessens, through purchases, there will still be multiple offers on properties in multiple price ranges that are priced correctly. (Proper Pricing is Key!)
