🌺 Just SOLD…for $800,000 at Kahoma Village. Represented the Sellers. This sale is filled with a little bit of bittersweet emotions. 🌊 (3 bedroom 2.5 bath residential townhome sold fully furnished)

Some real estate transactions come full circle and this one was especially meaningful. We had the privilege of helping friends purchase this Maui property and now years later, my friend has passed on from this life ❤️ and I have had the honor of representing the seller again as he moves on to his next chapter in life.

While it’s always bittersweet to say goodbye to a place filled with memories, we’re grateful to have been trusted to guide them through the beginning Maui journey and into the next transition of their Maui journey and goodbyes.

🇺🇸 September 11 —We remember. We honor and We will NEVER forget. 🇺🇸 Lahaina felt a very similar feeling on August 8th, 2023 and it always inspires and encourages me to know in tragic, horrific times we are one country just wanting to help one another. Continue to do that for your neighbors and friends not just in the middle of a tragedy.

However, today we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and the countless families and loved ones whose lives were forever changed.

We remember the innocent men, women, and children who never made it home. We remember the firefighters, police officers, first responders, and ordinary people who showed extraordinary courage in the face of unimaginable circumstances.

And we remember the spirit of unity and compassion that emerged in the days that followed—the reminder that, in the face of tragedy, we can come together, help one another, and stand stronger as a community.

25 years later their stories and sacrifices remain part of our history. Please don't forget. 🇺🇸
