Sands of Kahana 243 Awesome Review!

If you want to say in a unit that is unbelievably maintained with a spectacular view, then this is your vacation spot! The unit is extremely high end with electronic window shades, beautiful furniture and one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on! We have stayed in many 5 star hotels and this unit is right up there with them, maybe even better! The owners and Quam property management make sure that the property is in premier condition. The cherry on the top would have been lounge chairs on the lanai. This will definitely be our go to unit when we visit Maui again!

Kapalua Bay Villa 16B3 phenomenal review!!

Quam Properties Team, I would like to thank you personally, for your outstanding management savvy in addressing my concerns with the previous villa. There are no single words that I can use to truly express my stay at Kapalua Bay Villa 16B3 except Magnificent, Awesome and a Gem in disguise! This villa represents a showcase as one of the most pristine villas that one could imagine. Ocean views that stretched across the horizon were beyond spectacular. Sounds of the ocean crashing onto the shore were always so calming. The interior and exterior of the entire villa were impeccable with attention to every detail. In my worldly travels, I usually stay at Luxury, 5 star or 5 diamond hotels. Kapalua Bay 16B3 gives the ambience of a luxury 5 diamond villa with 5 star amenities. This villa also represents a strong synergy between the owner and Quam Properties. I was extremely pleased with my stay and would recommend this property to anyone looking for an ideal home when trying to just relax and get away. The location was also great for my Spa services, zip line activities or lunch that I booked with at The Ritz. Thank you for making my stay one to remember. I look forward to returning in the future!

Sands of Kahana 264 Review

Best place ever!

This condo is on the 6th floor, with a gorgeous view as web site shows. The kitchen is more than well stocked and the entire condo is well organized with paper towels, trash bags, dishwashing packets, kitchen towels, oven mitts, etc. The 2 AC units cool the condo well but large sliding glass doors can be opened to hear the waves as the beach is very nearby. There are nice sliding blinds that close off the front king bedroom/living for sleeping. 2 king beds and a pull-out queen are comfortable and good pillows too! Kahana is a noncongested place to stay with a great breeze all of the time. This condo is large and we had 5 adults with no crowding. Highly recommend with nice pool and poolside restaurant.
It was just as expected.
