$1250 plus taxes and outcleaning fees year round. Minimum stay - 7 nights. 7th night will be free. Christmas: $1550 plus tax per night.

- 50% deposit required to reserve a unit.
- Final payment due 60 days prior to arrival.
- $2500 damage deposit in a separate check is due 60 days prior to arrival, and will be returned after departure.
- Reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival are refunded less a $50 administrative fee.
- 14 night minimum stay required for Christmas/New Year and President's Day holidays.
- All stays are a 7 nights minimum unless indicated otherwise

- Prices quoted are for 6 people.
- Rates do not include state and local taxes which total 11.42%
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Once final payment is received, refunds will only be issued if your vacation days can be re-sold.
